The difference between a report we can fix and one we can't is usually three lines.
- •What you did — the screen you were on and what you tapped.
- •What happened — including the exact wording of any message.
- •What you expected instead.
- •Your phone and Android version, and whether you had signal.
What we can't help with
- ✗Roadside assistance. Rahi is an app — for an emergency on the road, call 112.
- ✗Traffic fines or check-post disputes. Documents in Rahi are your copies, not legal instruments.
- ✗Recovering another rider's location. Team location is deleted when a ride ends, so there is nothing to retrieve.
